At first glance this recipe sounds, well, kind of gross. It’s actually delicious! It’s the easiest recipe yet and really tasty!
Best when paired with a Malbec and reruns of I Love Lucy.

1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1 16-ounce can (about 2 cups) tomatoes cut up
1 7-ounce can tuna packed in water, broken into chunks
1 tablespoon snipped parseley
Dash coarsely ground pepper
In saucepan, cook onion in butter or margarine till onion is tender but not brown. Add cheese soup; gradually blend in milk. Add undrained tomatoes, undrained tuna, parsley and pepper. Cover and simmer. Makes 4 servings.
